Today's goal is to get wifi-pw.py to save the user-provided WiFi password to wpa.cnf. (DONE) Got sidetracked trying to get LAN IP Address to print on OLED screen immediately after WiFi connection is made.  Instead, use the code I already know works (in menuwithip.py).

Then (in wifi-wrap.py), after the wifi-chek.py script is run, run wifi-asksave.py to prompt the user if they want the WiFi password saved.

If user says Yes (in wifi-chek.py), then do nothing (since wifi-pw.py saved the password already)

If user says No (in wifi-chek.py), then clear the wpa.cnf file.

In wifi-askreconnect, have it check to see if:

If both of these things are true, then prompt the user to reconnect.

If both of these things are true AND wificfg.txt contains "remember", then skip the prompt and immediately connect to WiFi.  Then run wifi-chek.py.
